Appointment Notifications

If you have scheduled an appointment, you can usually expect the following notifications:

  • Confirmation of your appointment shortly after it is booked
  • A reminder the night before your appointment
  • A phone call or text message when your vehicle is ready for collection

Please make sure you provide a valid mobile number or email address so we can send these updates.

On the Day of Your Appointment

Please ensure your vehicle is clean and ready for our technicians to work in.

If your booking involves installation work that requires access to the rear of the vehicle, such as electric brakes, Anderson plugs, or dual battery systems, please remove the following before arrival:

  • Child seats
  • Drawers
  • Loose items in the boot or rear area

Additional labour may be charged at $135 per hour if our team needs to remove items or clean the vehicle. This also applies to quoted work.

  • Our team will greet you, check your vehicle in, and confirm job and contact details
  • Technicians may ask job-specific questions, particularly for custom installation work
  • We will notify you once your vehicle is ready for collection

During Your Diagnosis Appointment

  • Inspect, test, and report findings or recommend further steps if required

In most cases, faults can be diagnosed quickly. More complex or multiple issues may require additional time.

Any additional labour required will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

  • One OBD scan tool reading is included

Things You Should Know

  • Some faults require symptoms to be repaired before the root cause can be identified
  • You will only be charged for repairs that you have approved in advance
  • If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, you will receive a report of findings up to that point only. This does not guarantee a final repair solution
  • Vehicles must be dropped off and left with us for the day
  • Modern vehicles contain complex wiring harnesses hidden behind panels, which can take time to access and diagnose
