After several bad experiences with a dealership (car under warranty) I decided to go elsewhere. Voltaic staff have customer service unparalleled. They went above and beyond researching different solutions (parts new, used, genuine and independently sourced) and gave me comfort and confidence that I was getting the best possible service and workmanship. Especially if you haven’t much car knowledge, I wholeheartedly recommend Voltaic. The technician fixing my car (James) brainstormed so many options for me until we found something that matched my budget and timeframe I needed my car back in. Genuine and trustworthy, James knows his stuff and is keen to help make a difference when he can.
Last minute urgent appointment to check out my electronic break system whilst driving through Perth. They fit me in and talked me through everything. Were very generous with their time and great customer service.

Paul has done a fantastic job on my TB48 patrol. After having issues with my aircon for over 2 years, hes redone multiple lines, fixed all the leaks and tidied up my engine bay. Very happy with the results and highly recommendVery reasonable price too

Recently had an air conditioner installed on our dog trailer the service and installation from Paul Williams was excellent and nothing was a problem for him to deal with .

Unfortunately, I paid $206 for them to tell me they don’t know why the front lights aren’t working, and they wouldn’t book me in for another day over the next two weeks to fix the issue. They were very polite, but I wouldn’t return to a place that only does diagnostics without specifying the problem or being able to fix it.

As communicated, we allocated an hour for a diagnosis and headlight globe replacement. During this time, our technicians were able to resolve the issue with your fog lights. However, the issue with your headlights persisted. Our team thoroughly inspected the headlight globes, checked the fuses, and conducted a scan of your vehicle within the allocated time. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify the issue with your headlights during this appointment, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regarding your concern about scheduling a follow up appointment, I explained that we had only three working days remaining before our closure for the year, and all appointment slots were fully booked. I also offered to place you on our cancellation list should an opening become available. We apologise for the challenges you experienced.
I had my Dmax in for a Starlink installation which included a more complex setup of an external router, external antenna, etc. Dion did an amazing job with the installation, going above and beyond with what was requested.Dion and the Voltaic team have been incredibly accomodating, professional and have provided the best service that I’ve received when it comes to auto electrical installations.Would happily recommend Voltaic, Dion and the team for any type of Starlink install and any auto electrical work. Everyone at Voltaic were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the services I required. I was able to get in within a week of me calling up where i wouldn't have been able to get in until 2025 for the more commercialised companies like ironman 4x4 and TJM. I am very happy with the service they provided. I will be coming back for more work on our 4x4

I found Voltaic Auto Electrical after looking for a 12v system for my Ford Ranger over a year ago, i ended up going with one of the battery box setups as i don't require constant power in my tub. The service and quality I received on that initial job has guaranteed them a client for life. My car air-conditioning was blowing warm air, so I wanted it checked before the hot Perth summer arrived. I received fantastic customer service from Voltaic from start to finish. Friendly customer service, honest feedback to advise that due to the age of my car, it might be an expensive repair, speedy diagnosis and repair which ended in happy news - my gas needed topping up and a filter change. I would thoroughly recommend Voltaic Auto Electrical.

Friendly, helpful staff, fair pricing..Had a UHF radio/aerial installed by someone else that wasn't performing as expected so bought a new one. They took the old one out & put the new one in, in no time! Also grateful that they didn't use the aerial mount provided because it would have damaged my paintwork, and instead found a different mount that worked. I'll have no hesitation in taking my car back here for future installs!

Installed a new alternator at a good price in a couple hours on short notice after car had been taken to other workshops and couldn't determine the issue, it also fixed my fluctuating idle . Great staff, great service!!

Had Kayne work on my old Daihatsu Rocky he got everything I needed back to better then factory and got me back behind the wheel of my pride and joy. The communication and understanding that Kayne had made having him work on the car, was amazing. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Voltaic as their team and work ethic is 110% could not have asked for a better job to be done and again Kayne was an absolute pleasure to have work on my car!!!

I was very happy with the standard of service from all staff at Voltaic: from the prompt and thorough responses from Jaimee to my numerous initial inquiries, through to the workmanship with the installation of dash cameras, and explanations by the technician. All staff were professional and patient with my requests and questions. I would recommend this business for dashcam installations.

Was very happy with the workmanship from Voltaic and Deon when fault finding my Redarc issues. They were prompt and precise with every detail, and kept me in a constant loop of feedback when required. In my previous roles I would audit businesses and part of this was their workshop. I would be happy to say, I was impressed by the layout and cleanliness of the workshop from an exterior viewing. I would be contacting them again when next in Perth for any auto electrical work I may have.

Very good job installing dash camera good clean install, had to return following day as they failed to reconnect the tail gate switch but only took a couple of minutes so all good. Would recommend for electrical works on your vehicle.
