Great experience with Voltaic all the way from start to finish. Jamie and Tara were very helpful with quotes, pricing and ordering. Anthony installed the light bar and UHF to my Hilux GR Sport with absolute technical precision and conducted himself like a true blue Aussie professional. Definitely be back for future works.

I've been coming here to Welshpool for a while now with my FJ Cruiser and i am really happy with them. A decent sized business, with a large staff, more than one shop and a highly professional and organised operation, yet still really friendly and interactive. They are not the cheapest mob in town, but their costs are fair and reflect in the quality of their work.

I had a really bad experience at Voltaic. I took my car there due to a faulty AC compressor, but instead of diagnosing the compressor, they spent two hours checking all the wiring and charged me $400 for it—despite me telling the technician that the issue was with the compressor. They wasted both my time and money. I then took my car to another service center, where they diagnosed the issue in just five minutes. They simply disengaged the power belt, and the rattling stopped, confirming that the compressor was cooked. While I appreciate their thoroughness, they completely overlooked the actual problem they should have checked in the first place.

Upon your visit, our initial diagnosis did confirm an issue with the AC compressor. However, since the compressor was not receiving power, it was necessary for us to conduct further diagnostic steps to identify the root cause. We communicated this with you, and you approved the additional diagnostic time, which allowed us to thoroughly inspect the wiring and related components.
Our team provided you with a report outlining the diagnostic process and our findings. Unfortunately, we were unable to pinpoint the exact fault during your initial visit and requested that the vehicle be returned so we could complete the diagnosis. We also want to clarify that even if we had replaced the compressor, the fault would have still been present as there was no power to the system.
We regret that this process did not meet your expectations and that you sought assistance elsewhere. We strive to provide thorough and accurate service, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
Unfortunately the bloke who originally quoted couldn't do the job, however Liam Jumped in and made sure everything was done correctly, communication was great.

Team Voltaic did an awesome job fitting slimline lithium battery, 2,000 watt inverter, mini starlink on the roof rack plus fix up a lot of the wiring from previous owner doing a DIY. Great service from Chippa on quote and great work by Dion on fitment and fixing up previous mess. Thoroughly recommend Voltaic auto electrical.

Kayne did a great job recommending products that were suited for my requirements. He also took great care during the install and communicated well as needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean 12v setup.

Dion worked out a plan to install a second battery system for a Star Link. The work was done promptly and everything was very tidy. He also was very thorough in explaining how to operate the system. The pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend Voltaic and Dion

Took my car to voltaic to get some aftermarket headlights installed. Anthony did a fantastic job with the install, knocking it off in less than a day. he called me halfway through the day to let me know the plan and was more than happy to walk me through the work that had been completed when i came to pick it up. Paul has done a fantastic job on my TB48 patrol. After having issues with my aircon for over 2 years, hes redone multiple lines, fixed all the leaks and tidied up my engine bay. Very happy with the results and highly recommend

Recently had an air conditioner installed on our dog trailer the service and installation from Paul Williams was excellent and nothing was a problem for him to deal with .

Unfortunately, I paid $206 for them to tell me they don’t know why the front lights aren’t working, and they wouldn’t book me in for another day over the next two weeks to fix the issue. They were very polite, but I wouldn’t return to a place that only does diagnostics without specifying the problem or being able to fix it.

As communicated, we allocated an hour for a diagnosis and headlight globe replacement. During this time, our technicians were able to resolve the issue with your fog lights. However, the issue with your headlights persisted.
Our team thoroughly inspected the headlight globes, checked the fuses, and conducted a scan of your vehicle within the allocated time. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify the issue with your headlights during this appointment, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding your concern about scheduling a follow up appointment, I explained that we had only three working days remaining before our closure for the year, and all appointment slots were fully booked. I also offered to place you on our cancellation list should an opening become available. We apologise for the challenges you experienced.
I had my Dmax in for a Starlink installation which included a more complex setup of an external router, external antenna, etc. Dion did an amazing job with the installation, going above and beyond with what was requested.
Dion and the Voltaic team have been incredibly accomodating, professional and have provided the best service that I’ve received when it comes to auto electrical installations.

Everyone at Voltaic were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the services I required. I was able to get in within a week of me calling up where i wouldn't have been able to get in until 2025 for the more commercialised companies like ironman 4x4 and TJM. I am very happy with the service they provided. I will be coming back for more work on our 4x4

I found Voltaic Auto Electrical after looking for a 12v system for my Ford Ranger over a year ago, i ended up going with one of the battery box setups as i don't require constant power in my tub. The service and quality I received on that initial job has guaranteed them a client for life. I will always go to Voltaic for all my auto electrical work and have been back for tail lights, rear lights, electrical tidying, and no doubt I will be back for more in the future.

My car air-conditioning was blowing warm air, so I wanted it checked before the hot Perth summer arrived. I received fantastic customer service from Voltaic from start to finish. Friendly customer service, honest feedback to advise that due to the age of my car, it might be an expensive repair, speedy diagnosis and repair which ended in happy news - my gas needed topping up and a filter change. Had a UHF radio/aerial installed by someone else that wasn't performing as expected so bought a new one. They took the old one out & put the new one in, in no time! Also grateful that they didn't use the aerial mount provided because it would have damaged my paintwork, and instead found a different mount that worked. I'll have no hesitation in taking my car back here for future installs!

Was very happy with the workmanship from Voltaic and especially Anthony who completed the UHF install into the Motorhome. Many thanks also for the assistance driving in and out through the gateway as the vehicle was too large to fit into the main workshop area.
