OMG such a professional install in a timely fashion by the nicest crew I’ve met. I had planned on doing my electrics myself but honestly so stoked with these guys that I’ll just leave it to these pros.
Went to Voltaic to have a 2-way fitted — awesome workshop and staff. I was informed there was some very dodgy wiring from the previous second-battery installation: no fuses on some circuits, spaghetti wiring to auxiliary outlets, exposed wires on joins, and a long list of other issues.
Following their excellent advice, I went ahead with the repairs, and the finished job was absolutely brilliant and professional. The team went above and beyond my expectations.

We had a failed tailgate button on our pug 208. It was making my wife and I slightly cranky. I rang several auto electricians and all of them said “take it to a Peugeot dealer”. My experience with dealerships since migrating to Australia has not been a stellar experience. The local Peugeot dealer never bothered to respond.
I called voltaic. They said “sure, we’ll take a look. No promises.”
The team at voltaic fixed the problem pretty quickly! The team also connected an aftermarket reverse camera that I’d bought to our replacement head unit and it works a treat!
My wife is very happy with a boot that is now accessible and having the camera is a boon.

The quality of work completed by Max is outstanding. The detail in the finished product completed has exceeded my expectation. From start to finish dealing from conception of my requirements, including my custom inside tube bracket, the products used by Voltaic. On day of the works Max checked my requirements, including wiring diagrams from OEM and caravan charging requirements. When collecting my vehicle Max even came out and gave me a personal run over the works completed. To top the the whole experience I even won a 12 jaffle Maker!

Response from the owner:Hi Jonathan, On the phone call we didn’t quote you $1300 for a simple immobiliser 😅. We gave you a range starting at a couple of hours to a full day which could be up to $1300 for the bells-and-whistles, Fort Knox-level security systems.
Think of it like cars. You can grab a base model Corolla, or you can go all out with a 300 Series LandCruiser. Both will get you from A to B, but one’s got a whole lot more features under the bonnet.
Totally fair if you didn’t need the high-end option, but leaving a 1-star review for being offered choices? We’ll keep being upfront with our pricing ranges so customers know their options, and we wish you the best finding the setup that suits your needs.
These guys (and gals) at Voltaic are seriously amazing. This is your old school customer sercice on steroids. We pulled in with our chevy and off road caravan thinking we would be asked to make an booking and come back which we could not do. We had an issue with our trailer brakes constantly disconnecting. They sorted it out for us right there and then. So happy ! Thank you very very much !

What a fabulous company! Their growth is definately for a reason and it has in no way changed the quality of service. Chipper is so helpful and Dion got the job done with a minimum of fuss. Kayne attended to several different vehicles in our fleet and deserves all the praise I can bestow. What a patient and professional young man. Took his time to explain and teach me about some basics. Was still mindful of timing so I was not overcharged. 10/10 recommend this company. I will most definately be using them in the future.

I recently visited Voltaic in Welshpool to have a lightbar fitted to a company Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming — the staff are not only friendly and approachable, but it’s also great to see how well they interact with each other, creating a positive and professional vibe in the office.
The team are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to clearly explain all your options, ensuring you feel confident about the work being done. They’re also very detail-oriented in their approach, which really shows in the quality of the finished job.
Despite the RAV4’s notoriously poor build quality at the front end — with flimsy plastics that could have made the install tricky — the Voltaic team handled it effortlessly. They cleverly mounted the bar behind the grille and secured it to the sturdier crash bar, making the install both neat and durable. This not only looks great but also keeps the lightbar safe from potential “carpark bandits.”
On top of their professional service, their pricing is very reasonable. The site even has a café and some comfy couches inside, which makes waiting around far more pleasant.
Voltaic are also fleet and mining certified, making them an easy recommendation for both individuals and businesses needing auto electrical or air-conditioning services.

My experience with Voltiac was very positive. Their quote was fair and competitive. I got to speak to the electrician who did the job both at the start and at handover. I was able to ask all my questions. If the electrician was unsure about something he consulted with his colleagues. Everything was done as requested. Office staff were also very prompt and professional.
